Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when Hamaritech Ltd provides services to your business.

Draft for solicitor review. Last updated: 3 November 2026. Items marked [TODO] are still to be added.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by Hamaritech Ltd ("Hamaritech", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales.

  • Company number: [TODO]
  • Registered office: [TODO]

2. Our services

We set up and support customer journey automation, AI assistants and workflow automation for businesses. The exact services, timings and deliverables for each customer are set out in a written proposal or order that you accept before work starts. If anything in that document differs from these terms, the document takes priority. [TODO: confirm order of precedence.]

3. Your responsibilities

To help us deliver the services, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate information and timely access to the systems and people we need
  • Check and approve the set-up before it goes live
  • Use the services lawfully, including telling your own customers how their information is used
  • Keep your own logins and devices secure

4. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed with you in writing before work starts. We do not charge anything that has not been agreed in writing. [TODO: invoicing schedule, payment terms, late payment and how fees may change after the pilot.]

5. Pilot and longer agreements

A three-month pilot, and any longer agreement that follows it, will each have their own start date, length and notice period, set out in writing. [TODO: notice periods and renewal.]

6. Data protection

Both of us will comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we handle personal information on your behalf, we act as your data processor and sign a data processing agreement with you before any personal information is handled. See our data protection page for more detail.

7. AI assistants

Any AI assistant we set up will always tell the people it speaks to that it is an AI, and will offer a way to reach a person.

8. Intellectual property

Your content and your customer data stay yours. [TODO: ownership of configurations, templates and materials we create, and the licence you receive to use them.]

9. Limitation of liability

[TODO: limitation of liability clause, to be drafted by a solicitor. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.]

10. Ending the agreement

[TODO: how either party can end the agreement, what happens to your data afterwards, and any fees due on termination.]

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Contact us

If you have any questions about these terms, contact us:

  • Email: [email protected] [TODO: replace with the real address]
