Questions we often hear
What if the AI doesn't know the answer?
It says so rather than guessing. It takes the caller's details and passes the question to you, and we use those gaps to improve its answers each month.
Can a person take over?
Yes, always. Callers can ask for a person at any point and the assistant will put them through or arrange a call back. You can also step in yourself whenever you want.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your customer data and your assistant's settings belong to your business. We only process data on your instructions, under a data processing agreement.
Is it legal to record calls?
Yes, if it's done properly. Callers must be told, and there must be a lawful reason under UK GDPR. Your assistant tells callers at the start, and we help you set sensible rules for how long recordings are kept. This isn't legal advice: if you're unsure, the ICO's guidance is a good place to check.
How long does setup take?
It depends on what you need. You'll get a clear timeline after the free automation review, and nothing goes live until you've tested and approved it.
What does the pilot include?
Three months with your chosen AI solution: review, build, testing, launch, follow-up and monthly reports. It's paid, with a reduced setup fee and short notice. Afterwards, you can move to a simple 6 to 12 month agreement. More about the pilot.
